This wet on wet decorated cookie is an example of finding beauty in imperfection. I thought my icing was too runny (and some of the v's were too close to the dots), but still went with it. Making powdered sugar in any color of the rainbow is so easy! All you need is granulated sugar, food coloring, and cornstarch. You will also need a food processor, coffee grinder, or blender. The proportion of sugar to cornstarch is 1/4 TSP for each 1/2 C of sugar. Once ready, store it in an airtight container and/or use.
