2023 was full of ups and downs just like a roller coaster 🎢 Even though I loved how 2023 was my first full year being a mother to my lil José my weight gain made me so depressed and made me have so many health issues. I didn’t really see many friends in 2023 and I wasn’t out much not just because of feeling down about my weight but I also had so many other things going on in my life IYKYK. Thank you to all my family/ friends who have been patient and understanding with me and who have shown me/my family love even from afar. Even you guys just checking up on me throughout the year really meant the word to me. I’m slowly getting back to being myself but even better this time and I can’t wait to make more memories with you guys with lil José in 2024. I feel a bit vulnerable sharing some of these pictures of how I was before, but wanted to put it out there to encourage anyone who is in a dark place with their health to go ahead and make an appointment with your GP to see what the best option is for you. The best thing I done for myself was get the Gastric Sleeve done which has made go from 139kg to now 93kg 🥹. I have more energy not only for myself but for my family. I’ll be starting 2024 with keyhole surgery on my right knee when I get back from Brisbane so fingers crossed all goes well ❤️ Happy New Year to you all, wishing you Good Health, Wealth, Peace and Happiness ❤️ #gastricsleeve #gastricsleevesurgery #wlsjourney #wls #healthierliving #lovingmylife #gastricsleevejourney #weightlosstransformation #happynewyear #newyearbetterme
