Crispy caesar salad just hits diff Salad: -2 cups romaine -handful of cherry tomatoes, quartered -handful of croutons -salt and pepper to taste -Caesar dressing -crispy chicken -parmesan cheese to top Dressing: -1/2 cup mayo -1/4 cup grated parm -3 cloves minced garlic -1 tbsp lemon juice -1/2 tsp salt -1/2 tsp pepper -1 tbsp dijon musty -2-4 tbsp olive oil (depending on consistency you like) *Add all ingredients except for olive oil to a bowl and whisk until smooth. Add in olive oil 1 tbsp at a time while whisking. Crispy Chicken: -butterfly your chicken breasts and pat dry -coat in flour, shaking off any excess -coat in whisked egg, letting any excess drip off -coat in bread crumbs (I use panko bread crumbs and add some salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parmesan cheese) -coat again in egg -coat again in bread crumbs -heat up some vegetable oil in your skillet over medium high. Once it is hot enough, add your chicken cutlets.
