French Onion Dip made with @KempsCows Cottage Cheese! #ad Easy to make and absolutely delicious. Whip it together and serve with potato chips, pretzels, veggies, or crackers. Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons olive oil 2 medium yellow onions, finely chopped (should yield about 2 cups of chopped onions) ½ teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon pepper ¼ teaspoon salt ⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper 1 ½ cups Kemps 4% milk fat cottage cheese 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1-2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives or green onions or fresh parsley (optional garnish) Instructions: 1. Cook Onions: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, onion powder, pepper, salt, and ground cayenne pepper and cook until the onions are caramelized and golden brown. This should take about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally. 2. Blend Cottage Cheese: While onions cook, transfer cottage cheese and Worcestershire sauce to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 3. Combine Ingredients: Once onions are caramelized, remove from heat and let them cool slightly. Then, stir them into blended cottage cheese mixture. 4.
