Part 20 of the Xmas series…Glazed ham! Oh she’s a little petite number but it’s ok I don’t need to flex my ham joint size for views! I do think a big ham is glorious for xmas though as you can pick at it for days and weeks.. if you do a big old bad boy don’t carve it all at once, carve it as you need it so it stays nice and moist! Yep MOISSSST! When you poach the ham joint fill the liquid with delicious flavours so that ham absorbs all of that goodness, drain it then cover in a glaze of your choice! Bake it 160c low and slow baby so you can build up that glaze! I know you will all want the chilli jam video… I will try and dig it out!
