The irony of me wanting to take it easy today by spending my time doing extra warm up. only doing a one and done, no powerhurdle to and extra round offs to try give myself as much time for recovery as possible to ensure I survive till the end off the year. Only to get rear ended whilst stopped in traffic and end up in hospital unable to feel my arms and having intense neck and back pain haha.
