This Tortellini soup was so magically delicious π€€ Quick, simple and good for leftovers CHECK THE RECIPE BELOW β¬οΈβ¬οΈβ¬οΈ enjoy π #cheflife #soup #souprecipe #souprecipes #foodie #foodporn #Houstonchef #LAchef #tortellinisoup #onepotmeals Pan by: @hexclad Tortellini soup Ingredients: 1lb ground beef 1/2 cup diced onion 2 tablespoons black pepper 3 tablespoons kosher salt 2 tablespoons onion powder 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper 2 whole garlic cloves Olive oil 4 cups Tortellini 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped 1 tablespoon tomato paste 2 cups chopped fresh spinach 2 fresh basil leaves chopped 3 cups chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan Directions: For roasted garlic: Preheat oven for 375, chop the head of the garlic cloves lightly oil the top and season with salt and pepper. Place garlic inside aluminum foil and place in oven for 40 mins to make roasted garlic. In a pot season and brown your ground beef, once browned remove from pot and set aside. In the same pot add your roasted garlic ( or 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic if you didnβt roast), diced onion, cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, tomato paste, and sugar stirring until a nice aroma forms in the air about 5-7 minutes. In a separate bowl add your heavy cream and all purpose flour and mix together well so itβs no lumps, add your chicken broth, the heavy cream mixture, chopped spinach, chopped basil, Parmesan cheese and tortellini to the pot and stir well letting the soup simmer for 6 minutes on medium heat. Once done Serve with fresh Parmesan and warm bread
