She is so happy to greet strangers, and I feel as though there is so much to be learned in the way that she does so. There is never the expectation that somebody stay in her life, only a joy for the moments passing— a stark contrast to the ways in which I dig my claws into everything I have ever loved; the eays in which I have marked every moment into photograph or memory. There is a degree of ephemerality to her world, and the scary thing is realizing ours is no different. May I find such joy in the moments as they pass. #borzoi #idk
