š©š©š© Hereās something fun and easy you can do with Connoisseur Ice Cream's newest flavour - Jam Doughnut! This is the ānot not a doughnutā - I reshaped the ice cream into the shape of a doughnut and dipped it in a white chocolate coating with berries! Fun and delicious to share around this festive season. Youāll need a very cold freezer that goes to -28C or -30C. 200g White chocolate 200g Cocoa butter or Coconut oil 20g Freeze dried blackberry and raspberry (found in farmers markets, online or specialty stores) Paddle ice cream in a mixer then pipe onto a cold tray lined with baking paper. Transfer ice cream into a piping bag with a large round nozzle and work quickly to pipe ice cream into doughnut rounds. Leave in the freezer until firm, then flip the ice cream upside down and pipe again on the flat side. Keep in the freezer until needed. Meanwhile melt chocolate and cocoa butter together and mix in crushed freeze dried berries. Then using gloves, shape the ice cream doughnuts and tidy the sides with your hands.
