Easter chocolate cupcakes 🐣🐰 Written recipe linked in bio 🫶🏼 Ingredients: Cupcakes: 100g unsalted butter (melted) 200g granulated sugar 1 egg 60ml heavy cream 130g flour 50g cocoa 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 120ml boiling water Buttercream: 200g unsalted butter (room temp.) 300g powdered sugar 60g unsweetened cocoa powder Pinch of salt 4 tbsp heavy cream Instructions: Cupcakes: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar before adding the egg Then, stir in the heavy cream In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt then, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients Pour in the boiling water and stir until the batter is smooth Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes Remove the cupcakes from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely Once cooled, you can frost the cupcakes Buttercream: Beat the butter with the powdered sugar, cocoa powder and salt before adding the heavy cream #easter #cupcakes #chocolate #recipe #baking
