Pot Roast ASMR 😩 Full recipe below Ingredients: - 3-4 pounds of beef chuck roast - Salt and pepper to taste -Onion powder -Garlic powder -Beef French onion packet - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil - 1 onion, sliced - 4 cloves of garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons of tomato paste - 3 cup of beef broth - 1 cup of red wine (optional) - 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce - 4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks - 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks Instructions: 1. Season the beef roast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. 3. Brown the roast on all sides until it develops a nice crust. Remove the roast from the pot and set it aside. 4. In the same pot, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant. 5. Add the tomato paste to the pot and cook for a minute, stirring to coat the onions and garlic. 6. Pour in the beef broth, red wine (if using), and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine. 7. Return the beef roast to the pot and bring the liquid to a simmer. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for about 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily shreds with a fork. 8. About 1 hour before the roast is done, add the carrots and potatoes to the pot. Continue cooking until the vegetables are tender. 9.
