We added some single legged movements to do just that which is great if you struggle with any muscle imbalances🔥 4x12 donkey kick with ankle weights or monkey feet ( from @animalhousefit ) SS 4x12 single legged hip thrusts 4x8-10 Walking lunge (each leg) SS 4x10 partial dumbbell split squat 4x12 staggered stance RDL SS 4x12 calf raise Don’t be selfish, share with a gym friend😜💪🏻
