Pane Bianco!π I made something new, something different and an extremely delightful edition to my regular sweet repertoire to celebrate #ExtraordinaryBreads with @KingArthurBakingCompany!πΎ From plushy yeasted dough, to Italian blend cheeses, roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh basil - this beautiful bread is packed with flavor, and was so easy and fun to make! I followed @KingArthurBakingCompany Pane Bianco recipe, kneading the dough in my stand mixer, followed by a quick first proof of 45 minutes. Meanwhile, I roasted olive oil/sea salt/black pepper topped cherry tomatoes on 450 F for 20 minutes and after a brief stretch/roll of the proofed dough - I topped it with the Italian cheese blend, minced garlic, chopped fresh basil, and the bits of my roasted tomatoes π
