Realtors/Home Buyers must watch. A class action lawsuit by a massive group of home buyers was brought against the National Association of Realtors (and a few residential brokerages like Berkshire Hathaway). Their claim (their words, NOT MINE): the BUYER’S AGENTS are not deserving of the traditional 2.5-3% commission paid to them. Why? Largely because of apps like Zillow and Redfin, allowing home buyers to do a lot of the lifting Buyer’s Agents had done in the past. The court ruling- they sided with the homeowners, charging the group of realtors $1.78 in damages. The National Association of Realtors has already said they will appeal this. My question to you, do you side with the realtors or homeowners⁉️ Let me know. 👇👇👇 #realtors #homebuyers #firsttimehomebuyer #buyersagent #sellersagent #realtorlife #realtors #finance #homebuyer #homebuying #economics #redfin #zillow #lifegoalnation #lifegoalinvestments #housing #housingmarket #homeprices
