By swapping the drinks you would consume the same volume and achieve similar tastes and experiences, but you would save hundreds of thousands of calories each year. In fact, you would lose between 3.5 and 4.5 stone depending on metabolic adaptation. This seems like a fairly simple, sustainable fat loss solution if you ask me. â
