What a weekend, I had an absolute ball! I last went to Cake International back in 2015 and back then it was amazing, but it was before Instagram is the way it is now, I didn’t know the products that well, what was on offer, or any of the people there! It was such a different experience going this time, having a piece of my work in the competition, knowing so many people and networking with even more!
