Gently open lymph nodes 3. Begin with a downward sweep along the neck 4. Use the index and middle finger to glide from the chin up to the ear 5. Use the inside of the index finger for a cheek sweep from the side of the nose to the ear 6. Use the ring finger (very gentle pressure) to glide from the outer corner of the eye to the inner corner of the eye 7.
