3 things I would do if I had to lose 30lbs… Number 1 : Starting off simple & easy, I know you’ve heard this a 1000 times… but I’d focus on drinking 1 Gallon of water daily & hitting 10k steps. (If you’ve heard it 1000 times… why aren’t you doing it yet?) Number 2 : Start weight training 3-5 days a week. Following a structured program, I’d begin by training 3-5 days a weight to build muscle. Number 3 : Learn how to keep track of my nutrition.
