The brand name with this palette just screams space, aliens and intergalactic brights to me. So along with trying to get more creative with swatches, im now officially a neon fan! @Pentel Milky Brush Pens swatch page. Filled with water-based pigment inks they’re great for different paper colours/shades, and can be layered. Even over black ink, a few layers leave a gorgeous opaque finish. They’re matte, and almost look chalky. I found that whilst the colours dont transfer, some black ink from the facing page stained the dried ink. It was an easy fix though!
