I am obsessed with the Home apothecary book! This is such a fun book to have and I’ve always loved Mullein and marshmallow for helping with lung health coughs, and sore throats. Here is the recipe and big thanks to the forgotten home apothecary and Nicole Apelian Ph. D. Here are the ingredients 1 tablespoon of dried Mullen leaves and flowers 1 tablespoon of dried marshmallow root 2 cups of water and 1/2 to one cup of honey depending on how much sweetness that you want. If you want a thicker syrup use more, honey. Yeah, I’m sold. I was going to buy a machine that was over $200 and debated on whether or not to get this, but the reviews were so good so I finally caved and got one. It makes so much more than cashew milk. You can make any kind of nut milk, oat milk, coconut milk. I even made banana date, almond milk and it was amazing. Even my son who runs the other way with organic and healthy stuff. gave it two thumbs up. I highly recommend this because it is so affordable compared to other machines. #healthylifestyle
