How I’m balancing weight training with both marathon and Hyrox training Gym sessions currently focus on push, pull and legs to allow me to hit multiple muscle groups per session, leaving more time for running and metabolic conditioning work. Running currently consists of easy, tempo, interval and long runs each week. Hyrox-focused work includes two group conditioning sessions per week.
