Full pull workout 2 sets on everything mostly 6-9 for most sets. The main thing I’ve noticed being off gear is recovery. Not just in terms of feeling a lot more sore but even in between sets. I take a slightly longer rest time now, 5 minutes. In no rush at all. Definitely taking working sets way more seriously. 2 opportunities too make that adaptation happen. There’s no drugs to carry progress, just the work! Very exciting times. Did 3 sets on the reverse pec dec and the single rope hammer curl felt really good.
