My favorite thing to eat at Olive Garden! 👏🏼✨❤️🔥 Ingredients: - 4 slices of bacon (cut into bits) - 1 lb sweet italian sausage - 1/2 yellow onion (diced) - 3 garlic cloves (minced) - 4 Russet potatoes (sliced) - 1 32oz chicken broth - 2 cups water - 1 1/2cup heavy whipping cream - Kale - Parmesan cheese Recipe: - Cut up 4 slices of bacon & cook in a pot on medium heat until bacon is crispy - Remove bacon & place onto paper towel plate. Remove some of the bacon grease with a paper towel but leave just enough to cook the Italian sausage until brown - Once the Italian sausage is halfway cooked add in diced yellow onion & saute for 5 min or the onion is fragrant then add minced garlic - Add seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning) - Once sausage is fully cooked add 1 32 oz container of chicken broth & 2 cups of water - Add in diced potatoes & bring it to a boil - Cook potatoes for 10-13 min or until potatoes become fork tender - Add 1 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream - Add kale & cook for another 10 min - Add bacon bits & mix well - Garnish with parm cheese & you’re done :) #fyp #cookwithme #soup #soupseason #zuppatoscana #olivegarden #recipe #dinner
