nara smith era 🕺 dough - 2 cups gluten free all purpose flour - 2 tsp sugar - 3/4 cold vegan butter - 3-5 tbsp cold water filling - 1 cup berries frosting - powdered sugar - water - rainbow sprinkles combine flour and sugar. add in cold cubed butter and mix with a fork until the texture resembles wet sand. add in water 1 tbsp at a time until a dough forms. split the dough in two parts, wrap in plastic, and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. make the filling by cooking down 1 cup of berries on low heat until smooth ish. place in the fridge to thicken. pre heat oven to 375°F. roll out the dough on a floured surface. cut into rectangles. add filling to the middle and place another piece of dough on top. seal with a fork. poke holes in the top with a fork. bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. let cool and frost. #veganrecipe #bakingrecipe #goitenfreebaking #veganbaking @Nara Smith #breakfastideas
