โจ๐ป๐ถ๐ด๐จ๐ป๐ถ ๐น๐จ๐บ๐จ๐ดโจ๐ ๐ This recipe is a gem tbh, comfort food max and so so soo flavourful.๐๐ค๐ป RECIPE - ๐ Crush 2-3 tomatoes using your hands with 1 cup water and keep it aside. ๐ For the Rasam Masala, pound 1 tbsp peppercorns & 1 tbsp Jeera coarsely. ๐ Pound garlic cloves, fresh coriander, green chillies & curry leaves into a green paste. ๐ Heat some ghee in a pan & add the green paste along with mustard seeds. Add curry leaves & cook for 2-3 min. Then add the tomato mixture along with 1.5 cup water. ๐ Mix & season with salt, haldi, dhaniya powder & Rasam masala.
