Cheesy Potato Croquette 😋 this is comfort food at its finest. Ingredients used: 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes water for boiling salt 1 cup flour 2 piece egg 1 tbsp chopped parsley salt and pepper 200g Euro Chef Mozzarella, cut into cubes 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs Oil for deep frying Steps: *Place the potatoes in a large pot filled with cold water, enough to cover the potatoes. *Season with salt. Bring into a boil and cook until fork tender. *Once cooked, drain the potatoes and transfer into a large mixing bowl. Mash the potatoes. *Add in the 2 tbsp flour, 1 piece of egg, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined. *Scoop a mixture of mashed potatoes. Stuff it with a cube of cheese, making sure the ball is fully sealed. *Dredge each piece in 1/2 cup flour, 1 piece cracked egg, and breadcrumbs. Repeat the process until all of the mashed potato mixture are coated. *Deep fry for 2-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oil and allow the croquettes to cool. *Serve while warm. Season the Sirloin Steak with Salt & Pepper, then set aside. 2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Sear the steak on both sides until browned. Add the whole garlic clove and butter to the pan, basting the steak as it cooks. Once done, remove the steak from the pan and let it rest. 3. In the same pan, fry the onion rings until golden, then set them aside for garnish. 4. To make the sauce, in the same pan, add the flour and mirepoix (diced celery, carrot, and onion). Stir to cook for a minute, then add the stock. Simmer until the mirepoix is tender. 5. Remove the mirepoix from the pan, then add the Worcestershire sauce and cooking cream. Stir to combine. 6.
