One day or day one š¦ Todays motivation is more of a reminder that you are capable of A N Y T H I N G š« I never couldāve imagined I could do this naturally better yet by eating the foods I loved and actually enjoying the workouts I was doing. What I learned through my journey is that the reason it never worked in the past was because I was doing WAY to much when in reality weightloss doesnāt (and shouldnāt be) all that complicated. Give your body what it needs, feed it properly and consistently, move it and what the magic happen. Eating close to nothing and working out 2+ hours a day is not only a very unhealthy approach about it but it also is the very reason why things havenāt changed. š„¹ If you ever feel lost in what to do and how to do it I am so passionate in helping others (once and for all) conquer lifeās obstacles, hit their goals and create beautiful futures for themselves.
