Signed building plan (sa case namin wala pa kaming drawing since wala kaming kinuhang contractor sa iapapaayos namin, kaya DIY floor plan and design lang ang dala ko) f. Developer clearance (free from HOA) 2. Marami mag a-assist sayo pagkapasok mo palang sa office, bibigyan ka nila ng mga additional requirements and forms to fill-out. Medyo madami ang sakit sa kamay, much better mag dala ka ng carbon paper at same coppies lang nman ang susulatan mo. 📍Day 2 - waiting sa update ng municipal office 📍Day 3 1. Release ng drawing request namin sa municipal engineers together with other permits.(Php. 6,500 all permits kasama na TF ng nag drawing) a. Building plan blueprint b. Civil/stractural permit c. Fence permit d. Electrical permit e. Plumbing permit (if mag lagay ka ng CR sa 2nd floor) 2. Pag papanotaryo ng Civil Stratural permit (Php.500) 3. Pag papa-xerox ng lahat ng docs (3sets) (Php.60) 4.
