Super easy NO KNEAD focaccia 🍕 If you work a 9-5 like I do, you can even mix everything together before leaving in the morning and bake in the evening 🥖❤️ ingredients below 👇 500g (4 cups) bread flour 460ml (2 cups) water 12g (2 tsp salt) 1 sachet instant dry yeast (c. 7g or 2 tsp) Olive oil Flaky salt, for the top Method: 1. Mix the flour, water, salt and yeast until combined, cover and let rise for 2-3h or until more than doubled (if preparing this in the morning for later, you can put it in the fridge and take out once ready to bake) 2. Spread the dough onto an oiled baking tray, cover and let rise for a further 30min 3. Drizzle with more olive oil, use your fingers to create dimples, add rosemary and/or any other toppings you like, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt 4.
