I wonder how many unsuspecting things out there have inspired folks to dig deeper š¤ This is my first attempt at potato mochi. 1 large russet potato 3tbsp potato starch 2 tbsp milk (I used 1/4c milk LOL and it was too much, the dough was too soft) Mozzarella cheese Sauce 2tbsp soy sauce 1tbsp mirin 1tbsp honey 1. Cook potato till fork tender 2. Mash potato. Using a fine mesh strainer helps make it smooth! 3. Add potato starch and milk to mashed potatoes to form dough 4. Divide dough into 4, wrap with cheese 5. Pan fry on both sides till golden brown 6. Add sauce to pan, bring to bubble, and add potato mochi 7.
