FULL RECIPE BELOW. @barilla Elbows pasta is my go-to ingredient that never disappoints in taste, texture & quality and always cooks to al dente perfection! #BarillaUS #PastaRecipes #PastaSaladRecipes #BarillaRecipes #BarillaBlueBox #PastaTikTok Ingredients: 1 box Barilla Elbows Pasta 3 links spicy sausage, uncased 1.5 pints grape tomatoes 1/4 cup olive oil 3 tbsp grated parm cheese 3/4 tsp salt 1 tsp Calabrian chili pepper 2 cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed 3 cups chopped kale or escarole 1 carrot, minced 2 celery stalks, chopped thin - Add uncased sausage to a pan and cook over medium heat. Use a spatula to break the sausages into smaller pieces as it cooks. Once fully cooked, remove from the pan and set aside. - To the same pan, add grape tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes begin to burst and are charred on both sides then remove from pan and let cool to room temperature. -Add tomatoes, olive oil, grated parm, salt, and Calabrian chili pepper to a blender and blend until smooth. - Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add Barilla Elbows Pasta and follow the direction to cook the pasta al dente. - Strain the pasta and add to a large salad bowl. Top the pasta with sauce and toss to coat. - Add chopped beans, kale, carrots, celery, and sausage. Toss to combine and serve!
