WHERE ARE MY FELLOW INSPIRITS!? 👉🏼👈🏼 i must talk about how this comeback has uprooted my entire being and thrown me back into my middle/high school fan girl era. Also written recipe below lol 1.5c dashi stock 2tsp soy sauce 1/2 tbsp mirin 1tsp sesame oil 1-2 curry roux cube 1 serving udon noodles 1. Bring dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil to a simmer 2. Dissolve curry roux. Tip from my friend Shuzo! Cut the cubes into smaller pieces and use a strainer to make it easier to dissolve the roux. 3. Add your proteins and vegetables of choice. I used chickpeas and oyster mushrooms. Note: depending on what you choose you may have to cook for longer. 4. Bring to a boil.
