It was so beautiful last night that I decided to show off my grill master again by making salzita? Idk but all I know is I love my sausage Patties and when my love gives me a helping hand in the kitchen😂 We took the best trip to flavor town tonight❤️ Nothing screams alla Maddalena like Sausage, Broccoli & Cheese Patties❤️ This is such a simple dish and has very few ingredients because you get so much natural flavors from all the ingredients coming together oh so well!❤️ the combination of our family favorite @Premio Foods sweet Italian sausage, the parmigiano reggiano cheese, broccoli rabe and garlic powder make adding anything unnecessary but please feel free to add whatever your heart desires❤️ We make no apologies for the amount of cheese! For all my grillers out there don’t keep flipping the meat and make sure it’s fully cooked before doing it because like what you see here it will stick!
