Meal prep African inspired meals in under one hour with me Jollof Rice - i used half of the @atarefoods jollof now mix and followed the instructions for jollof rice with everything divided by two. I then replaced 1/2 cup of rice with 3/4 cups cooked pigeon peas because I like adding beans to my rice Burkina/thiakry My summer breakfast now which is millet couscous in a sweet yoghurt mixture. I used @whatiffoods bamilk and @maison_riviera Greek yoghurt for some plant based protein and @naturescharm condensed milk for flavour and sweetness.
