Creating a last minute anniversary gift for my wife…JBV Creative Style ••• It’s crazy, but it has been a year since I married my best friend. The theme for a first year anniversary gift is (apparently) paper. Using my laser cutter, I was able to capitalize on the theme, turning a piece of cardboard into a cool Miura fold based card/kinetic art piece. ••• I started by using the @glowforge to score the Miura pattern into the cardstock. It took some convincing, but I was able to get the cardboard to fold in the chevron like pattern without tearing.
