Hash brown casserole (aka funeral potatoes) is the comfort food this cold weather is calling for šŸ˜‹šŸ„° I mean, the cheese pulls alone šŸ˜ For mine, I usedā€¦ ā€¢4 cups of hash browns ā€¢1 cup of Cream of Chicken Soup ā€¢1 cup of Sour Cream ā€¢1/2 onion diced and sautĆ©d ā€¢1 cup of shredded cheddar (or as much as you want) ā€¢Salt, pepper, & cayenne to taste Bake on 350 for 30 minutes (maybe longer depending on your oven).
