Unlike my norm- but ill show you all one of my biggest weaknesses. Stairs. Stairs are incredibly hard for a bilateral above knee amputee or any amputee for that matter. I have not made it a priority or commitment to do them the “right” way, therefore i have not made progress or gotten any better. Maybe saying that outloud here will give me some accountability 🤷🏻‍♂️ what i feel i really need is time and energy.
