Literally had 4 major agencies in the past two months say “I wasnt worth investing in” because im too old… how is the industry still this weird?? Why are we still upholding the old, outdated standards that models should retire at 26?? Ive booked most of my biggest clients post my 26th birthday… Agents, its time to step into the present day & realize that age is just a number. It doesnt define my ability or my work.
