JOIN SUPPORT PAGES Join the multiple vet nurse specific Facebook pages. 3. DEALING WITH GRIEF NEVER feel bad for being sensitive, emotional or affected in anyway. You are human! 4. PRIORITISE SELF CARE Book that yoga class, get that facial, take a day to rest and recover. 5. FOCUS ON YOUR INTERESTS 6. A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE Make sure you are getting enough sleep, eating wisely and keeping active! 7. STUDYING * Create a comfortable study space. Make it clean, get cute stationary and make it a place you want to be. * Avoid distractions - Your phone! * Take notes when you are in the clinic - Always have a little note pad and jot things down.
