For the 4029th time... There are NO special warm-ups for [insert body part] health or injury prevention. The best thing we can do to support the health of our bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, etc. is to resistance train regularly utilizing a wide variety of exercises that take all the muscles through the majority of their available range of motion. The best thing we can do to reduce risk of injury is manage external stressors and train apporpriately. While 10-15 minutes may not seem like a long time, it can add up over the course of multiple training sessions per week, and that time could be spent doing other, more productive things. At the end of the day, doing this will not HURT you, it just probably won't help you much, and may ultimately add up to many hours of time spent unproductively. Got more questions about warm ups?
