We try the biggest Wiener Schnitzel IN THE WORLD! 🥩🌍😳 We’re at @lagiostrafirenze in Florence and get shown by the amazing @soldano.1903 how they make their famous Wiener Schnitzel. In Italian it’s called “wiener schnitzler con salsine e contorni vari” and is made using only the freshest veal and ingredients. Once flattened out, coated and lightly pan fried, the schnitzel measures a HUGE 1 foot x 1 foot (30cm x 30cm). We didn’t have a Guinness World Record book with us, but surely this is the largest schnitzel in all of the world?! 🤷🏽‍♂️ The schnitzel was absolutely delicious, as was everything on elso their menu that we tried.
