Are you ready for bed but everyone else isn’t? My best tip is to wear comfortable foam earplugs to bed with an eye mask! To wear plugs properly, be sure to squish them in between your fingers making them look like a snake…then lift the top of your ear to straighten out your canal, this will make it easier to insert the plug in the canal!
