Low carb low sugar frozen yogurt bars. Use your favorite low carb or zero sugar Greek yogurt. I used two 5 oz. vanilla flavors & one berry flavor. . I lined a small baking sheet with parchment paper, spread yogurt on top creating equal thickness. I chose to top with some blueberries & strawberries , chopped up nuts, a drizzle of almond butter & melted sugar free chocolate baking chips. . Place in freezer for up to an hour or longer. I recommend letting the tray sit at room temp for a few minutes before slicing & eating.
