Buang biji nangka tanpa belah. Ambil 2-3 biji nangka asingkan dan potong dadu. Nangka yang telah di dadu masukkan ke dalam mangkuk. ketepikan. 2. Sediakan periuk, masukkan air, serbuk agar-agar dan gula. kacau sehingga mendidih. 3. Masukkan santan, garam dan kacau sebati. 4. Tuang adunan ke dalam ruang nangka dan dirikan nangka supaya jelly tidak tumpah. 5. Tuang lebihan adunan tu pada mangkuk yang ada nangka dadu. Kacau lagi. 6. Masukkan kedua-duanya ke dalam peti sejuk. Biarkan selama 4-5 jam. 7. Selepas itu,potong nangka dan sedia untuk dihidang. Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes Serving: 4-5 pax Recipe Ingredients: 18-20 jackfruit (remove the seeds) 1 tsp agar-agar powder ½ cup water 1 cup coconut milk 2 tbsp sugar A pinch salt Cooking method: 1. Remove jackfruit seeds without split . Take 2-3 jackfruit, separate them and cut them into cubes. Place the diced jackfruit in a bowl. set aside. 2. Prepare a pot, add water, agar-agar powder and sugar. Stir until boiling. 3. Add coconut milk, salt and mix well. 4. Pour the mixture into the jackfruit cavity and stand the jackfruit so that the jelly does not spill. 5. Pour the remaining mixture into the bowl with diced jackfruit. Stir well. 6. Put both in the fridge. Leave for 4-5 hours. 7. After that, cut the jackfruit and it is ready to serve.
