👏HEALTHY👏FOOD👏does NOT👏have to be👏BLAND 😁😁 Sundubu Jjigae 🌶️ My fave! Korean Spicy Tofu Stew. She is spicy, rich, and loaded with incredible flayvaaaa. It’s also really hard to believe how easy this is to make, especially considering how complex the flavors are. There’s a full step-by-step recipe on my blog. You must try it. Also, it’s good for lent or if you’re trying to cut out meat. The pork belly is optionally, and this can be made fully pescatarian (or even vegan). Also, using store-bought seafood stock is NOT the correct way to do this. Normally you make the broth using anchovy and kelp, but this is just a quick version of the original Korean process (which I highly recommend you try as well! Making the broth from scratch obviously takes it up a notch!) Anyway, Korean food is my favorite cuisine on the world, so I wanted to share a Korean dish I make for myself on the reg.
