This Low Calorie Top Ramen recipe is easily one of my best cheat codes for dieting. Each serving of it has just 35 calories and it’s so, so filling (it’s loaded with fiber). Plus, it tastes JUST LIKE the “real” thing. A lot of people make the mistake of using the shirataki noodles as spaghetti, and they’re awful for that…they’re really only good for ramen. Also, a lot of people don’t prep the noodles properly. They need to be washed thoroughly. If you do that they don’t have any “weird” flavor. They just take on the flavor of the broth.
