Do you start or finish with leg extensions? Me personally, I always finish with extensions. Here’s my circuit, I go to failure for my first set. Which is usually between 15-20 reps. Then I drop set down 1 rep at a time all the way to zero. For example, if I do 20 reps, next set is 19, the next set after that is 18, then 17,16,15,14, all the way to zero. This will absolutely destroy your quads. By the way, you can use this on any exercise for any muscle group. Sometimes my entire workouts are this set and rep sequence.
