The off-season is here. There's many areas I plan to improve, one being upper chest, plan on building a shelf there lol๐๐* (details below) I should've taken more time off from the gym to let my body heal but as many of you know...I ate way to much and completely failed at a "reverse diet", so I rushed back to the gym. I do plan to take recovery more serious this bulk season tho! 4 x 10 Incline Barbell press 4 ร 10 Incline dumbbell press 4 x 10 Landmine press 4 x 15 Machine Cable Fly 3 ร 20 EZ Bar Tricep pulldowns (tried to step away to create more tension) #fitnessmotivation #bodybuilding
