This HIGH PROTEIN ooey-gooey double chocolate chip cookie is too nice. Ingredients: 1/2 Scoop (16g) chocolate whey/casein protein powder 1 1/2 Tbsps (10g) oat flour 1/2 Tsp (1g) coconut flour 1 Tsp (2g) almond flour 1/2 Tbsp (3g) cocoa powder 2 Tbsps (18g) 0 cal confectioners sweetener (I used swerve) 1 Tbsp (14g) light butter 3/4 Tbsp (10g) pure pumpkin puree (no you do not taste it in the cookie) 1/2 Tsp (2g) vanilla extract Pinch of salt 3/4 Tbsp (5g) low calorie chocolate chips Macros: 205 Calories, 16g Protein, 22g Carbs, 7g Fiber, 7.5g Fat Notes: I air fry the cookie just until the chocolate chips melt. You actually DO NOT HAVE to bake the cookie (as long as your flours are heat treated) since there are no eggs. If youâre planning on baking the cookie just bake until the chips melt. The cookie is VERY OOEY-GOOEY as you can see from the video. Youâll have to let it cool if you want it to hold itâs shape like a ânormalâ cookie. Theres a sweet spot of like letting it cool for like 5-8 minutes where the edges get a little crispy as it sets and the middle still stays warm and ooey-gooeyâŠthatâs how long I usually let it set before eating it.
