🤷🏽♀️ Is your other half on board with your fitness journey? I’d really like to know. Fitness is a bit like religion and politics. You have to have that come to Jesus moment, & find it on your own. However, your other half will see how hard you’re working and after a while will hopefully join in too. I have heard many stories though of men not being on board. This could be because in the back of their mind perhaps they’re worried that you’re going to get in shape and potentially leave them. 🤔 Men, keep in mind that this is a mental movie that you have made up all on your own that most likely will not play out. But, it is best to support your other half and try to be on the same path together. Let me tell you why. Eventually, if you are not traveling the same road, you will end up on two different hills waving at each other. It’s very easy to get pulled apart by different interests so just be careful of that. Find the reason why you do or do not want to do this? Is it because you don’t know where to start, or what to eat to get healthy and how to diet down properly? If this is your answer, drop the words fitness guide and I will get over to you a fitness guide. . Is it because you think it’ll take too long? Don’t worry about how long is going to take because I can tell you the time will pass anyway. 🤗 When we first started, there was no question. We were doing this together bc we did not want to end up on two different paths. I didn’t have to convince my husband at all. He literally said to me, “Well, if you’re going to do this, I want to do it with you because I don’t want to be the fat guy dragging in the fitness model.” 🤣😂 true story, and I nearly fell off the couch, laughing when he said that. He also said, “Let me get this straight, you’re going to get into the best shape of your life, & I’m going to have a problem with it? I think not let’s go.” #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #womenwholift #gym #gymtok #fitness #bodybuilding
